Nothing identifes says Italy more than good food and good wine, and both feature heavily at Royal Orchid Hotels. A selection of cooking workshops and demonstrations will be held throughout the event, whilst some of Italy’s leading wine producers will be on hand to share secrets at a mini wine festival. The location where you can try food from the likes of tiramisu, ponna cottas, gelatos nice coffee or learn how to master the art of pasta at the Italian cookery school.

The 'Kebab' Food Festival is arranged at Royal Orchid Hotels. This 10-day feast showcases a variety of unique kebabs at the Mirador. Choose from lamb shashlik, reshmi mushroom, kalimiri sounfiya, mutton galouti, seafood zingara and chipli fish seekh. If you are an Asian kebab food lover, you must go for these exotic dishes.

Our team has planned a buffet comprising dishes from every corner of India ranging from Hyderabadi dum biryani, Mangalorean fish curry, Chettinad curries and a live dosa counter in the South Indian corner and fish Amritsari and rajma in the North Indian section to Bengali fish curry from the East coast and Rajasthani bhindi, sweet Gujarati dal and Kolhapuri subzi from Western India.

The sizzler festival offers a variety of hot and scrumptious sizzlers. The festival offers delicacies like Tandoori Chicken Shashlik, Pan Seared Butterfly Prawns, Sunflower Fish Steak on a sizzler, Zuccini-Baby Corn-Mushroom & Pineapple Shaslik, Stacked Vegetable and Cottage Cheese Timbale and many more different varieties of sizzlers.
