Chender Baljee

Chairman and Managing Director

An MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad, Chender Baljee is the Founder, and Chairman & Managing Director of Royal Orchid Hotels. He has over three decades of experience in hospitality.

Chender has been recently featured in the IIM Ahmedabad book “Stay Hungry Stay Foolish” which chronicles the rise of 25 entrepreneurs. He is an active member of the All India Management Association, the Greater Mysore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Confederation of Indian Industry. He is a certified Hotel Administrator from American Hotel and Lodging Association (AH & LA).

Sunil Sikka

A Post Graduate in Commerce, Mr. Sunil Sikka has an experience in the Export Business.

Naresh Malhotra

Independent Director

Naresh Malhotra, an alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata is a CA and an Operating Partner with Sequoia Capital India.

Former CEO of Caf Coffee Day, Mr. Maholtra’s career also included stints with ICI, Unilever Group and Colgate Palmolive in India and overseas.

He was a Founding Partner of KPMG, India and was also the Managing Director of Corporate Finance and a Practice Leader of the Real Estate, Hospitality and Retail businesses.

RVS Rao

Independent Director

Mr. Rao is a Commerce and Law Graduate and Fellow of Indian Institute of Bankers. He is a former Executive Director of HDFC.

Vijay K Rekhi

Independent Director

Mr. Vijay K Rekhi is a leading figure in the beverage alcohol industry with over four decades of experience with reputed companies in India and abroad. He holds a master degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He is the former President and Managing Director of United Spirits Limited and currently Chairman of its Executive Committee. Mr. Rekhi is also a Director in a few leading global companies and holds honorary positions in various trade associations.
